When you sign your course up with Dove Valley Golf, you will gain access to the simple to use, self service Content Management System (CMS) where you will upload and manage your app's content based on the features you've chosen. This way, you make your club's app uniquely yours. Your golfers will not know the difference between this and if you had spent tens of thousands of dollars creating a custom app.
We have worked hard to offer the types of features that appeal to daily-fee courses, private clubs and resort courses. Please check out our feature here.

We are constantly working to improve and expand our mobile platform offering. Chances are, your feature request is already something we are working on. If so, it will be available (either as part of the base app or as a reasonably priced "add-on" feature) in a future release.

Definitely not. Dove Valley Golf apps are easily managed by a simple to use Content Management System (CMS). The CMS is designed to be usable by someone with the ability to use an simple website. If you have posted images to facebook, attached images to an email or even uploaded a profile pick to linkedin, you will have no problem using our CMS. If, while using the CMS, you do have questions, help is just a click away.

Absolutely. If you manage several courses and you would like to get them all going on the Dove Valley Golf mobile platform, you would simply use the same email address for each club as you sign up. This will tie them all to the same Content Management System account.

This will vary from club to club. Once all the content is ready in your Content Management System (CMS) account, your Android version will be available for download within 5 business days. The App Store has a review process that can take from two to four weeks. If are delivering both platforms and would like to coordinate a release of both apps, we can hold your app for release at a specific date.

We provide a number of tools to help you spread the word about your app. First, we have a QR Code and a short link that links users directly to the proper store for their device. You can generate your QR Code in any color scheme you like so it will fit right in with your printed signage. There are also several places in the app where users will spread the word for you. If you opt for the Facebook Integration or the Detailed Map with Scorecard users will share you app with their facebook friends. Even in the base app, in the Contact Us tab, there is an option to share links to the app with friends via email.
